      Pros

      Decent work from home and time off flexibility, nice people.

      Cons

      Upper management took a dive very quickly, 15 PTO days and 0 Sick days. Since March the vibes have changed from a great place to work to a place everyone is now trying to leave.

      They switch platforms a lot and there isn't really room for innovation.
