      Passionate about making a difference for those with RA and JIA. Some great people

      High turnover indicates issues about management at the time. Founder was CE and held on too tight Very poor HR awareness and some v poor practice. Strong personalities allowed to bully weaker Confidential discussions between manager and managed were repeated by manager due to friendships. Demand that staff attend events unpaid in own time
