Visionary leadership that listens to staff and involves them in the process of strategic planning, decision making and values their input. Truly caring supportive co workers and leaders.
Cons
With exponential growth over the last 7-8 years, and converting to fully remote during the pandemic and maintaining remote after, there are some growing pains which is to be expected. An organization that has essentially tripled in size during that period is going to see that happen. Remarkably, even with those changes, staff still really feel connected and are fully engaged in the important work that the organization does.
