      What is better than working for a company that's entire purpose is to save lives? Every department's work contributes to the mission in tangible, visible ways. You really feel like you are a part of something bigger than yourself. Plus, the benefits are outstanding, and the salary is competitive.

      Cons

      The workload is heavy, and the environment is fast paced. If you do not want to work quickly or shoulder multiple projects, NSC may not be for you.

      Infighting at the highest levels of leadership is causing chaos for employees and the organization. Higher than average turnover rate. Major reorgs on an annual basis. No sense of direction or continuity.
