      Mission, vision, direction. This is a fantastic organization in every way possible. Great working environment, great people and a great overall cause.

      Cons

      It's very difficult to find any fault with the NSC overall. The location is great to attract local and regional talent and the organization cares about all employees welfare.

      Remote work environment and flexible schedules. People who really care about keeping others safe.

      Cons

      Infighting at the highest levels of leadership is causing chaos for employees and the organization. Higher than average turnover rate. Major reorgs on an annual basis. No sense of direction or continuity.
