Pros
Friendly people. Convenient location. Nice outdoor space. Dated but well maintained building. Lunchroom and classroom space was recently renovated. It's not super fancy, but pretty nice for a nonprofit.
Cons
Look at the title again. NSC is disorganized and it takes twice as long to do a project because not many people know what's going on, the workload is unbalanced and sometimes unreasonable and there is a lot of passing the buck. Not a lot of communication. Projects are frequently committed to by middle managers on up without any idea of the resources needed to achieve success. When tough logistic questions arise, the response is to play hot potato, dodge responsibility or solutions and quote the weird cult-like culture training that was forced on everyone.
