The people who work here (mid-level and below) are some of the best you'll find. It's too bad they aren't allowed to advance or use their skills.
Cons
No chance for advancement. Company would rather hire from the outside (clearly not an advantage to them considering the pool they pulled from), than use current tenured staff.
