Pros
It was close to home and we had paid holidays.
Cons
There was absolutely no room for personal growth. With the recent restructure, there is even less of a chance that you can move up in the company. Senior management played obvious favoritism which caused a lot of good and creative people to leave. As another person said here, job responsibilities were given to you AFTER getting hired, and many people end up filling the role of 2 or even 3 employees. Giant bonuses given to upper management, while the "lower grade" employees struggled paycheck to paycheck. Hourly employees like myself worked nights and weekends with no overtime pay - not even any acknowledgement. Worst place I have ever worked.
