The culture is very weird and stifling, as other reviews have pointed out. If you have a common sense approach to risk and safety (or a sense of humor about either), the finger wagging tone and culture can be grating. On the job function side, there is a lot of talking about doing work, but not many people actually doing it, mostly a by product of too many generals and not enough soldiers.
