      My mentor was very experienced, I learnt a lot and had a lot of flexibility. Moreover, the work felt meaningful and we were actively pursuing hypotheses within the data that had consequences

      Almost too much flexibility and freedom at times, work could be very stop / start.

      Pros

      Unique internship experience where you’re given a project and expected to deliver within 10 weeks. Fully remote Autonomy to take on my own solution as long as it was solving the key challenge.

      Cons

      Wish the project was properly scoped beforehand. Given the short timeline, I kind of wish there was a bit more structure but I definitely figured it out within the 10 weeks.
