An amazing business to work for! Full benefits, paid time off, opportunity for growth and higher pay. As someone in the sign industry for nearly 10 years, I've had a taste of how other sign businesses are ran and BY FAR National Signs is the best. From the second I stepped foot as an employee i could tell it was going to be nice working here. Normally the sign industry is demanding both physically and mentally and in the 5 other shops I've worked in everyone has a chip on their shoulder or there is a hostile work environment. National Signs makes sure that every employee is taken care of fairly and respectfully. I can say that i am thoroughly impressed at how much work goes out our doors with such quality and uniqueness and everyone still manages to have a smile on their face and stay happy and positive. If you're thinking about joining the crew, and have the opportunity DO IT!!! You'll be impressed with how much you can achieve and how important your own opinions can matter to a company.
Cons
Past employees have a painted image of how National Signs was before our 2018 "REBOOT". If anyone who left is reading this, come check us out, everything has changed for the greater and most everyone's' problems (big or small) were addressed thanks to Dave and Louis!
