Having access to state of the art technology. Some of the coolest testing I've ever been apart of. Cutting edge weapon technology for the U.S. Military
Cons
No structure. The company is not growing organically. Expansion through acquisition is not growth. No place for employees to move up. Weak leadership that does not take care of their people. Managers degrade employees. Pay is horrible.
