Pros
working with the doctor allows you to learn new things everyday , If you like to help people you will like this job , multi task, a little of everything .
Cons
After a year and half no raise , they hire manageres who have little to nothing experience in a optometrist field , lots of favoritism , no team work , but they do want you to contribute as a tech to help them make commission by sugggesting the patient that doctor recommended high index progressive transitional lenses over plastic , let’s not forget working 10-7 was a drag !
