They encourage associates to take an active role in not only retailing glasses, but also changing lives. From encouraging associates to create happy customers, to encouraging participation of meaningful events within their communities, NVI believes in a deeper purpose. I have also experienced a company that encourages personal growth and development, and rewards this with internal promotions and additional responsibilities. I have worked for this company for nearly half my life, and it is a company that I would love to retire with. I feel good telling my friends and family that I work for NVI, and describing how I have the opportunity to change lives every day!
