Pros
The corporate personnel and the training opportunities were top-shelf. I had wonderful experiences with the training elements for management. The atmosphere at the corporate office was fantastic.
Cons
The direct senior management have great difficulties relating and retaining key staff. The doctors don't stay long, and the hours are not conducive to any kind of a life-work balance.
