Look elsewhere - Anonymous employee National Vision Employee Review

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The pay is low,stress is high, and the upper management is awful. They give you unrealistic sales goals as well. They do not value their employees and do nothing to try and retain them.Oh and they play favorites too.
