Pros
Sundays off. Major holidays off as well. Close early enough to have a decent evening. Open late enough to get my child to school. Supportive and caring company.
Cons
Managers only bonus if you hit above your monthly sales goal. I'd rather get commission of what I sell, like the part timers.
