Pros
Very friendly and understanding teams throughout the company. You are supported very well when you start, and lots of empathy towards new starters. Training is well structured, with enthusiastic trainers on the calls. Lots of benefits including colleague discount and cash back app which are genuinely good unlike some. Progression into different areas of business also possible. Hours also rather good.
Cons
Starting salary could be better, especially for city workers. Steep learning curve with the systems, with multiple platforms for features that should all be in one place. High expectations from customers - which isn't bad, but a lot to handle initially for some.
