      - Lots of training given, a lot of resources provided to make sure you always had support - My manager was constructive and gave lots of feedback

      Cons

      - Too much pressure considering the salary, lots of emphasis on reaching specific benchmarks and selling enough home insurance - Working behind the counter is very repetitive and monotonous
