Pros
Very good pay, the base salary is low/average, but the overtime and on call elements make it a very high salary. Very good personal/professional development, Getting industry recognised qualifications is encouraged as long as it can be seen to be relevant to the role, High level of autonomy, provided the work gets done correctly there is little micromanagement within the FM teams. Work life balance, very good maternity/paternity/adoption pay policy for both time off and pay levels.
Cons
Very slow moving looking like its moving to an outsourcing model so staff moral is decreasing as people worry for there jobs.
