Not worth it - Mortgage Representative Nationwide Building Society Employee Review

So little pay. Around 1600/1700 a month, not ideal if you based in London. Lots of admin work. Been told by my manager 2 years ago this role was required to do only half of what is required to do now. Which is a lot. They also listen to your calls, which I get, however it's super annoying. Constant surveillance. Saturday work. Shift work, always changing. Some senior colleagues can be funny.
