Pros
The benefits are reasonable, pay is good, pension underperforms slightly. Facilities are always well maintained, clean, neat and tidy, although the restaurant and coffee bars were a little too pricey for me.
Cons
Senior Management (CEO level) very old fashioned, taken a big backwards step such the end of the pandemic. 2 days in the office strictly enforced. Local team management lacking inspiration and underwhelming, micromanaging to a molecular level, and don’t have basic soft skills like empathy or collaboration. Policies and procedures are not interpreted consistently, local objectives always trump all other needs.
