1yThank you for your review. At Nationwide our Say it straight behaviour encourages colleagues to be brave in speaking up about anything that doesn’t feel right, including concerns of misconduct, wrongdoing or inappropriate behaviours of Nationwide’s employees or its third parties.
Ideally thsi would always be your manager or a member of your senior management team. In instances where you do not feel this is an appropriate avenue to raise your concern, there are various other channels that offer a safe environment for you to turn to for support.
