You can really make your work schedule be whatever you need it to be which is fantastic. They truly do value a work life balance and they will work with you to achieve it.
Cons
Nationwide nice is a concept that everyone is nice and doesn't want to rock the boat, to your face. Once you are gone, that is a different story. Nationwide moves management around too much so you feel like you never get to settle in with one manager.
