Pros

Lots of time off. They take your sick days and add to vacation days, and call it "Your time". After 5 years you get 23 days off. So if you don' t get sick a lot, it's a great deal.

Cons

Poor salary. Take your "MRV" = Market Range Value, if you are within 90% of the midrange, no salary adjustment for you. My salary is in the bottom quartile of my MRV, yet I haven't had a raise in over three years, despite good annual reviews. Also, they just cut the prescription drug plan, you it doesn't pay anything until you have spent $800. Poor annual bonuses: about 1 to 2% in a good year.

Pros

Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

Cons

The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
