      Pros

      Great coworkers, managers, benefits. Pay was fair.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring. Lack of vision. One quarter it was one direction, 6 months later a change in philosophy. Constantly shifting leadership, but quick to cut the “worker bees”.

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
