Pros

Benefits are great. Flex time is very nice. Great people to work with. Very dedicated to customer service. Senior management is very committed to customer service also.

Cons

Can be long hours. Comp time is not 1 for 1. Job description don't always match the work done.

Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

Cons

The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
