      Full aWFH and great work life balance

      Cons

      They recently issued a return to office for people within a certain radius of an office building. I luckily was unaffected by this but my coworkers have been affected and they are not happy about it.

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
