NIS is a mom and pop shop government contracting company. Provides very little overall value to customer and does not value it's employees. It tries to squeeze every cent out of employee to increase profits. They simply provide bodies to customer as long as cost is cheap. Treats employee with disrespect, cuts salaries and benefits and makes excuses that this was Firm Fix Price contract. It does not give raise even thought contract automatically adjusts to higher price. This operation is run by one person who is basically has dictator tendencies and harsh communication skills.
