Overall the team in general are lovely, the staff are really supportive in the birchwood office.

It can be impossible getting in touch with the wider team from different depots, people ignore their teams calls/ messages and often due to the level of stress people tend to be very short and and unhelpful. The majority of the kit is old and breaks down often causing a lot of problems for customers. Targets and goalposts are moved throughout the quarter making sure you don't reach your target and receive a bonus.

The people are excellent. They seem to employ people who are wanting to learn, progress and improve their own ability.

The direction is questionable compared with the potential they have. There are too many projects that the software development teams are expected to do, but they are spread too thin.
