You have the freedom to take breaks whenever necessary and work at your own pace, granting you complete autonomy over your schedule.Another noteworthy aspect is that when you dedicate sufficient time and effort to your students, it becomes easier to impart comprehensive lessons. By fulfilling your responsibilities as an instructor effectively.When you diligently apply yourself in a native camp and students recognize your dedication, you will attract a substantial number of students. Consequently, you will no longer need to endure lengthy waiting periods to secure a class.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
