Pros
-always hiring -Works outside -Get a company cell phone ( to be on call ) -work isn't too strenous if you enjoy being outside
Cons
-Human Resources Dept. is just for show, if you file a complaint you get fired. -on a current Raise freeze for the last 2 years. -Pays temp. workers more hourly than loyal full-time employees. -Mandatory weekends -fires or lays off 3/4 of the staff during the winter months. -Can only take vacation days (if you have them available) during October/November
