Pros

Everyone at the company, from the owner down, is always willing to lend a helping hand, and to help each other grow. Management is involved and genuinely cares about every employee. The "Core Values" are posted in several locations throughout the office, and people really strive to live by them on a daily basis. It's like being part of a family that holds you accountable and helps you succeed.

Cons

They have high expectations from the people they hire. (I know it's not a real 'con', but don't expect to work here and be lazy, lol)

Pros

Company culture is amazing! Everyone has an open-door policy! Employee Engagement is awesome: casino-themed holiday party, in-door go-kart racing, escape room team building, annual crawfish party! Owner of the company (Gordon Doran) is very hands-on. I have never met an owner as authentic as he is!

None that I can think of!

Pros

I used to love working here. Their idea for culture was great and was implemented at one point. The owner is awesome. Continued education is incredible.

Cons

They gave too much power to few people quickly. There's no clear plan, this is a very "throw things at the wall and see what sticks" environment. Benefits are expensive. They stop listening if its not coming out of leadership's mouth. Expect a new policy every few days and dont be surprised if you get in trouble for not being able to keep up.
