I've been in the pest control industry for 9 years and this company has been my favorite. The office staff is extremely helpful and willing to make sure every day is a good day. Saying that you do something is one thing, but actually living it is entirely different. The 'Core Values' at Natran help maintain a positive working environment. The management team is always willing to help and the opportunities to grow and advance are there.
Cons
Not really a con at the faul of Natran, but with anyone that has worked in pest control in Houston, there is a high turnover rate. Finding and keeping good employes is a challenge, but I think we have the right team in place to help make sure we find that right stuff!
