Working at Natural Baby Shower has been such a genuinely positive experience. From day one, the team has been incredibly welcoming and supportive, and it truly feels like a workplace where people care about each other. The department manager is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also kind, empathetic, and understanding, they treat you like a human being, not just an employee. The whole team is absolutely lovely and so encouraging. Training is thorough and supportive, and you’re always made to feel comfortable asking questions, no matter how small. Everyone is always happy to help, and there’s a real sense of teamwork and kindness throughout the company. It’s a pleasure to work in such a warm, respectful, and uplifting environment, and I’m really grateful to be part of such a caring team.
