Excellent work life balance, terrible pay - Lead Adviser Natural England Employee Review

Incredibly low salary given the requirements of the job - most employees have masters or phds and are paid a lot less than counterparts in the private sector. Typical public sector inefficiency - meetings for no reason, travelling all over the country for meetings etc but on the whole, a very nice place to work.
