      Pros

      The CEO knows everyone’s name and background. They hire people with disabilities and are about giving people chances. I held a management position and loved it. The people on here complaining probably got let go for not doing the “easy” job properly. If you get a chance work here, if you work hard you will move up and you will succeed.

      Cons

      Benefits are expensive if you have a family but you can find some on the marketplace. If you’re single the cost isn’t bad.

      Great people. Really accommodating job. Great pay if you work hard. Owners are accessible which is nice! Company seems to grow every year always adding new business!

      Not really a con but could add to benefits.

      Pros

      None. This place is an absolute joke. They only hire people who cannot find a job anywhere else so they won't go anywhere.

      Cons

      1) horrible pay 2) ridiculous benefits, find cheaper heal insurance on the marketplace 3) lies and deceit 4) management has no clue how to run a successful warehouse/online business 5) HR is ridiculous, and sexual harassment is all over the place 6) half the time management is just yelling at its employees and doesn't know what the hell is going on - Just look at the reviews by customers 7) the entire place isn't up to code or doesn't follow federal guidelines
