Pros
Between the first step and the last step of the process, the project remains devoid of any particular positive highlight as there are quite a few to speak of. Poor exchange of ideas is brought about by management's use of antiquated systems such as Java, Struts, and JBoss. What is equally puzzling and unwelcome is the company’s bond policy which at the baseline states that the employee is to officers a blank cheque as part of that bond policy. It appears that this constant recruitment suggests a high level of employee turnover, which is alarming in terms of the stability and satisfaction levels at the workplace. Doubtless, these matters overshadow any merits and thus make it extremely difficult to view the company as a prospective environment to work in.
Cons
The company has some promise, but the management style is a great drawback. Micro-management permeates it all, thereby fostering a zero-trust environment and suppressing creativity. The practice places real barriers in productivity and drives down morale. The leadership needs to focus on trust and empowerment for a more positive working environment.
