Pros
Very flexible. Work when you can from wherever you can. Multiple employees work from different states. You also get bonuses. There's no formal vacation either so you can take paid time off as needed. The employees are mostly really good people who are fantastic at what they do. One of the founders is mostly a nice guy as well.
Cons
This isn't anything they don't already brag about, but they like to burn out their employees. They see how far they can push them before they break. They are operating with too few employees as well in order to increase profits. You'll be expected to be available to work on holidays and they fire employees who can't accommodate this, even if it's an emergency. Also, you won't be hired as a W-2 employee, you'll be an at-will contractor so very little job security (especially with the temper of the marketing guy). Oh yeah, and be ready to get cursed out.
