      Good company, great people, great product. Salary and benefits are average at best.

      Cons

      Constant turmoil since the founder passed away and his son took over. No desire to maintain or grow the business, what a shame.

      Pros

      Lots of Overtime Opportunities and it is alot of money to be made.

      Cons

      No room for professional Growth. Poor leadership from management. Employees are overworked and under appreciated. Below average pay compared to other food manufacturing companies.
