Pros
Great people worked there, made friends for life, free products, looks good on a resume, They hired excellent people esp. in the Sales and Marketing team, unfortunately most have left. Annual Sales conferences were excellent and brought teams together. Good opportunities to move internally or up - depending on the department.
Cons
The owners did not let leaders lead, they micro managed The compensation was average at the time HR leader/s could not be trusted at all (swept things under the rug, backed stabbing each other, high turnover in HR) People left without other jobs to go to, which says a lot
