Pros

NatureBox is easily the best place I've worked. The culture is infectious and what sets NatureBox apart from the rest. NatureBox is definitely a company that advocates for fun, professional development, and work/life balance. As long as you're performing, the amount of autonomy you have is limitless. Executive leadership is comprised of the best of the best in their respective fields. I challenge you to find a group of more humble, intelligent, and successful individuals. Always approachable, receptive to feedback, transparent, and invested in the company and its success. Benefits are great and very affordable.

Cons

No 401(k) match. Somewhat limited growth opportunities for mid-level professionals. I believe this to be more so attributed to the size of the company. Lack of subsidy for dependent premiums. NatureBox is an agile company. They move fast and for some, that may be a challenge.

Pros

Free healthy snacks up the wazoo. Seriously, you'll never go hungry here because of all of the great snacks. You're always the first to try new snacks and can grab a pack whenever you get the munchies. People are friendly and everyone really loves the brand. I joined the team when it was only about 20 people so everyone helped out when we needed people packing boxes or doing customer service work. It was actually kind of fun. Salary is definitely fair and competitive.

Cons

Beware what the execs tell you when interviewing. I was told that I'd be able build my own team and promised a lot of things that were never delivered. I was told working independently was essential because everyone was so busy. However, at the end of the day, I was being micro managed and not given any form of autonomy. People were being hired without me ever interviewing them myself (even when I was told I would be able to) so that just led to a semi odd atmosphere at times. A lot of things the company needed, the execs would ignore even if it was something essential
