Pros

One of the best places I’ve ever worked! Such a great experience growing alongside the company since 2014. - Free snacks (innovative, health conscious, and reeeeallllyy tasty) - Great people (stems from the original CEO and co-founder) - Flexible work environment (as long as you get your work done) - Awesome benefits (health, dental, vision) - Laid back, positive culture

Cons

Turnover was high during my time there. Compensation could have been more competitive. I wish that there was more time and opportunities to build stronger relationships with clients, rather than scrambling to deal with limited resources/inventory and dwindling selection. Can be more focus on churn prevention. I hear there’s new executive management now and I’m hopeful for their future outlook.

Pros

Free healthy snacks up the wazoo. Seriously, you'll never go hungry here because of all of the great snacks. You're always the first to try new snacks and can grab a pack whenever you get the munchies. People are friendly and everyone really loves the brand. I joined the team when it was only about 20 people so everyone helped out when we needed people packing boxes or doing customer service work. It was actually kind of fun. Salary is definitely fair and competitive.

Cons

Beware what the execs tell you when interviewing. I was told that I'd be able build my own team and promised a lot of things that were never delivered. I was told working independently was essential because everyone was so busy. However, at the end of the day, I was being micro managed and not given any form of autonomy. People were being hired without me ever interviewing them myself (even when I was told I would be able to) so that just led to a semi odd atmosphere at times. A lot of things the company needed, the execs would ignore even if it was something essential
