      Decent freedom in what educators teach, nice community

      Awful administration. Highly departmentalized, very difficult to solve problems, many directors are not concerned with program quality and do not support or listen to staff.

      Pros

      Great place to work if you want to be outside with kids and like to teach! Lots of freedom in planning activities. Staff housing is provided. Mostly consistent work with some opportunities to delve into other departments.

      Cons

      The voices of negative educators are louder than the voices of happy ones. It can be challenging to find peace and rest at home when you live in the same community with a coworker who is unhappy. Pay could be better, but this is true for most jobs in this field.
