Management maintains a good level of transparency regarding financial challenges and organizational struggles.

Micromanagement is the default. Every task is second-guessed, often by people with little understanding of the work. Collaboration is also difficult because roles and expectations aren’t clear, and not everyone is equipped to contribute effectively. Management is still out of touch and often unqualified to lead. Their decisions feel random, and there’s little understanding of how the work actually gets done.

Great Learning Experience – Plenty of opportunities to grow, take on interesting challenges, and develop new skills. Supportive Culture – Management and teammates were incredibly understanding, especially when I faced personal challenges. Positive Work Environment – The company has fixed past issues and is now on an amazing track, with a strong sense of collaboration and camaraderie.

Past Uncertainty in Company Direction – There was a period when things weren’t as clear, and during that time, some fantastic people left. However, leadership has since addressed these issues, and things are now much more stable.
