Great environment to work in.

No cons that I can think of.

Good training, flexible hours, great for high school and college students.

Low pay with minimal tips, and tips not always received in paycheck. Management often made me work solo shifts as a minor and perform open and closing duties (again as a seventeen year old, by myself).
