Pros

Pretty building and mostly genuine and nice staff.

Cons

100% agree with the review below - if you are an ID or an e-learning specialist - BEWARE. My experience working for the training manager was a nightmare. Felt constantly mistreated verbally, undervalued, demeaned, given job tasks Way outside of scope, and my ID/e-learning professional experience/advice ignored. 'Gossip and tattling’ made the position and work environment more challenging. Credentials that spell out the alphabet don’t always indicate excellence in a manager. Nor does it make them someone you want to work for - which I feel is a huge part of enjoying your job. In my opinion certain acronyms like MM (micro manager), NP (nit-picky), OC (over-controlling), DO (discouraging others), DM (de-motivating), PH (power hungry) should be avoided and until Nautilus makes a change they'll continue to see lengthy hiring processes, unhappy employees, and high turn-over in that department.

Pros

No cons other than outdated technology and systems

Cons

Good company, training was good and consistent. Covered parking is a plus, they have many events that get you to engage and meet coworkers. Pay is good for the job title.
