      Pros

      There are some great people stuck in this toxic environment but I can’t say much else positive about the company.

      Cons

      Everything is disorganized and executive team pushes the burden down to lower management. So much tech debt and turn over is so high. Recent layoffs and constant change in strategies. The company is not doing well and I simply can’t see how it will turn around.
