Pros

Navagis is an exciting company to work for. Their market position is strong with their own IP. Its a great place to work--the more you put in, the more you get out. Navagis has been flexible in terms of compensation, and provided me with all the tools I needed for the office, including computer, monitor etc. Semi-frequent travel to accounts and Google offices is common, however Navagis makes it comfortable.

Cons

Most positions are work from home--self-management is key.

Because of the company’s strategic partnerships, you aren't just working on internal projects—you’re solving complex, real-world challenges that have a direct impact on large-scale operations worldwide.

Cons

The role requires wearing many hats across sales and execution, often limiting high-level strategic focus. Because formal processes are still being defined, you must be comfortable creating the structure yourself and finding or building your own resources most of the time.

Pros

Great Team to work with. Highly knowledgeable and great support structure. Lot's of exposure to great opportunities.

Cons

The nature of being a Google partner requires lot's of interactions with Google FSRs who are hit or miss in terms of helpfulness/agreeableness. This can make or break deals and can many times be a great point of frustration.
