Great opportunity to gain experience and develop as an engineer. There was a good foundation with clear milestones to help hone entry engineers into journeyman level and beyond.

Occasionally disrupts work life balance due to short turnaround, high priority work appearing.

Work-Life balance is good, CWS is a great perk. Plenty of training opportunities.

Leadership likes to have too many meetings when there is actual work to be done. Red tape is horrible, but that is with any USG position. Priorities need to be squared away.
